Credit balances

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000.

A list of all properties that have any credit balance on their business rates account, to include:

1. The account number,

2. The account holder,

3. The property address including postcode,

4. Billing authority reference number,

5. The current balance,

6. Account start date, and

7. Account end date.

Please see attached our response to your Freedom of Information request.

We do not provide the account number, but we do provide the Property Reference number (PRN). The PRN relates to the property and is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website regarding a property's rateable value.

The figure in the column that says 'outstanding debt' is the credit amount.

We do not have a report with an option to pick up credits, so we have to put in a debt less than zero to pick up all accounts in credit.
