Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding, the department that held the requested information have been dealing with COVID-19 grants which has taken priority over day to day duties. 

Please see attached our response to your Freedom of Information request,

Notice of Refusal - we are unable to include the contact telephone number and e-mail as they may be personal contact details not connected with the business (following the grant schemes, a lot of people working from home provided alternative contact details and we cannot easily identify which is which). this is exempt information under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act (personal data) this is an absolute exemption and will not be provided. 

Please note the Property Reference number relates to the property, not the account number for the customer. This reference is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website re a property's rateable value.
