In November, Building Control confirmed that they had not received any application for the retaining wall at 23 Martineau Lane, TN35 5DS.

Under FOI or otherwise, please send me correspondence and/or notifications to BC since then, relating to approval of this property's retaining wall. There is nothing on file, and the HBC Act refers to approval by the borough council.
