ICO Letter

I write to you in regard to a new information request having been notified that the ICO has written to your Information Office reminding you of your obligations in law under FOIR-382143197 which you wrongly named 'badger setts' and in fact was in regarding to 'CEMP'.

I also understand that this letter dated 1st February 2022 bears the wording '... respond within 10 working days ...' of receiving ICO correspondence (that is by 11th February 2022.

I would be grateful that you provide a copy of this letter from the ICO under Freedom of Information Request and all other letter dates where the Hastings Borough Council have had some involvement with the ICO dating the communications from the ICO which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like the above information to be provided to me as paper or electronic copies, audio-tape version or an opportunity to view.

Hastings Borough Council has not received any communication from the Information Commissioner's Office regarding FOIR-382143197.
