Credit balances (Business Rates Accounts) - (Ref :C30mC30sC2)

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000.

A list of all properties that have any credit balance on their business rates account, to include:

a. The account number,

b. The account holder,

c. The property address including postcode,

d. Billing authority reference number,

e. The current balance,

f. Account start date, and

g. Account end date.

Please see attached our response to your Freedom of Information request.

Please note the Property Reference number relates to the property, not the account number for the customer. This reference is available on the internet, for example the gov.uk website regarding a property's rateable value. The figure in the column that says 'outstanding debt' is the credit amount. We don't have a report with an option to pick up credits, so we have to put in debt with less than zero to pick up all accounts in credit.
