If yes:

a. When was it launched?

b. How many people have downloaded the app since its launch?

c. How many reports have come through the app since its launch?

2. Do you have a Chatbot?

If yes:

a. Is it internal for staff or external for customers?

b. Which supplier did you go with or was it built in-house?

c. When was it released to the public?

d. How many conversations have taken place since launch?
