Responded Mon 27 September 2021I would like to know how many times your council has carried out enforcement action against Section 95 Home Office accommodation in the past five years.
By Section 95 housing, I am meaning housing commissioned by the Home Office and used to house asylum seekers while they apply for status.
By enforcement I am meaning any enforcement related to the condition of the housing and the living conditions inside, such as environmental hazards.
Response
No enforcement action has been taken against Section 95 Home Office accommodation in the past five years.
