Vexatious refusals

As Hastings information office freely uses the parapraxis or psychological projection when using the term vexatious in its handling of information requests freely and seemingly in too many occasions to cover its covert actions as a refusal notice in these information requests.

Can you please inform me how many times this vexatious refusal refusal has been used in information requests by the Local Authority five years and separately is shown in the last fiscal year and subsequent fiscal years up to the five year figure?
