Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding. 

Q1 - Hastings Borough Council no longer have a CCTV control room.  Sussex Police are responsible for the platform that the images are recorded on and how the CCTV is viewed. 

Q2 - 4 - N/A

Q5 - As we no longer operate a CCTV control room we do not have access to the services listed.
