I write with regard to our TPO report and the apathy to run the TPO service correctly from your planning service here approximately half is lost.

We new view Code Red for Humanity now being declared and clear evidence been provided by the IPPC that humans specifically are to blame some more than others. Can you please explain exactly with clear definitions what you intend to change to remediate against this becoming worse?

Response

Hastings Borough Council are currently reporting on the climate change action plan and strategy. We will be updating the strategy and action plan later this year to take us closer to the 2030 target. The council will also then look into what we can deliver to support the IPCC findings.
