Correspondence regarding Sea Space

I would like a copy of all email correspondence sent from or to the HBC email address of Councillor Peter Chowney which pertains to his role as a director of Hastings and Bexhill Renaissance Limited.

For avoidance of doubt, this should be all correspondence which mentions Hastings and Bexhill Renaissance Limited, otherwise known as Sea Space, or any of the land or property owned by said company, sent or received during his tenure as a director, from May 2010 to the present day.

I believe it is within his right as a director appointed by a local authority for the purposes of scrutiny to share this information publicly, as laid out in Section 16.14 of the company's articles of association.

Hastings Borough Council holds no information in respect of this request.

Elected representatives are not subject to Freedom of Information as they are not public authorities. Therefore, they are not required to respond to requests made under the Act.
