Please provide a link to (or copy of) Hastings's current (that is, 2021/22) Council Tax Reduction Scheme Policy.

This is sometimes called your Council Tax Support Scheme Policy.

I need your detailed policy setting out the reduction available under LGFA 1992 s13A(1)(a) - not just a summary document.

I don't need details of any discretionary support available under LGFA 1992 s13A(1)(c).

If you are unable to supply a scheme policy document for 2021/22, please provide a link to (or copy of) the latest policy document available together with either:

i) confirmation that you have made no changes to your policy in subsequent years; or

ii) details of the changes that have been made since.

Note that billing authorities have a statutory duty to publish their scheme policy and any revision to their scheme policy. (LGFA 1992 s13A(3) and schedule 1A s3(3) and s5(5).)
