Contract - Church Street tree removal

I understand from the tree surgeon Dan's wife that the council is paying for this clearance 27-05-2021 to 28-05-2021. Can you please provide me with the contract paperwork with the company 01424447457 and gentleman Dan under information request? I understand the Council Tree officer, possibly named Willis, was on site yesterday and declared this tree pictured is not worth keeping and providing no CO2 benefit to the community which is clearly not the case. If he is incapable of costing this carbon release, I would be happy to oblige and provide you with this deficiency in his job he is not calculating.

Hastings Borough Council is not paying for the removal of the trees in Church Street and therefore does not hold a contract.

Our tree officer made no comments relating to CO2 and the tree.
