1) I expect you as part of this request to provide me any paperwork narrative or document held in email or by any other form involving the name of all council officers who had placement at SEEDA and PORTSDOWN companies as director or employee known to the Council through council agreement to place council officers in Building Companies as steerage or otherwise. Clearly I expect you to examine all archives as part of the 2002 Act, when providing this data requested. If you cannot provide names of individuals even though they may be public figures I expect you to provide a URL link or document of your captured minutes of the local council meeting this was agreed from your website.

2) I expect and require you to be transparent in council actions and provide me with contacts from the Council Estate Department run by my and other council Finance Departments which have copies. Provide me the contract is relation to clearance of land at Church Street Ore Hastings which occurred on the 25th May and 26 May 2021 with the company of Tree Surgeons run by Dan on telephone number XXXXXXXXXXX. I expect you to provide a legible copy within ten - twenty days as clearly you will have this at hand.

3) I expect you to provide me with the name of the Council Tree Officer who attended this location on the 28th and the 26th of May 2021.

4) I expect you to answer points of bare trust raised in communications 10th May and communication 20th May as a matter of urgency. And provide Internal Review as to the lack of response and mattress therein.
