Please can you email me a list of business rates credits you currently hold in the name of One Stop Stores, One Stop, One Stop Stores Limited, Day and Nite Stores or variations thereof.

Please provide:

1. The start date of the business rates account

2. If the account is still live or the date it ended

3. The full property address of the property with the credit on

4. The date/year of when the credit was created

5. The full amount of credit you hold for the business

Please find attached my Letter of Authority signed by One Stop Stores Limited granting me authority to act on their behalf in this matter.

We only have/had accounts for One Stop Stores Ltd.

We have checked all of these and none of the live or closed accounts have outstanding credits on them.
