Regarding the recent local elections I would like access to the following information:

1. Verification totals for each polling station, detailing: how many electors were registered at each polling station, how many postal ballots were issued per polling station, how many paper ballots were issued from each polling station on polling day and how many ballots were cast at each polling station

2. Information on what time the ballot boxes arrived at Horntye Sports Complex for counting, showing the time of arrival of each box from each polling station within the borough

Response

1. Eligible electorate for each polling station is also shown on the attached document.

Total number of postal votes issued were 11,966 - this is shown on attached document.

We have published totals for each ward as per the declarations and these will correspond to numbers of ballot papers issued overall (postal and station), these can be found on our website under election results: https://hastings.moderngov.co.uk/mgManageElectionResults.aspx?bcr=1

We do not hold information broken down further than this.

2. We do not hold this level of information - ballot boxes were delivered from polling stations between 22:00 and 23:30 on Thursday 6 May 2021.
