Please can I request the following information:

1. How many privately rented homes in your council area do not meet the decent homes standard? If this information is unavailable, please release the most recent estimate the council has of the number of 'non-decent' homes, and let me know when the estimate was made.

2. Broken down by financial year, how many civil penalty notices did your council issue against landlords the financial years: 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21?

3. Broken down by year, how many landlords have faced a banning order in 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21?

4. Broken down by year, how many prosecutions against landlords did your council commence in 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21?

5. Broken down by year, how many landlords have been successfully prosecuted in 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21?

6. Broken down by year, how complaints did the council receive about private landlords in 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21?
