Climate Change Protocols

Please provide information, and all Council directional procedures put in place in regard to Climate Change Protocols and Legal Documents signed in Paris by Governments ie https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paris_Agreement in regard to providing favourable outcome for the Planet which involve Planning practices to provide agreements for long-term temperature goal is to keep the rise in global average temperature to well below 2°C (3.6°F) above pre-industrial levels; and to pursue efforts to limit the increase to 1.5°C (2.7°F), recognising that this would substantially reduce the risks and impacts of climate change. This should be done by reducing emissions as soon as possible, in order to "achieve a balance between anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases" in the second half of the 21st century. ^[3] It also aims to increase the ability of parties to adapt to the adverse impacts of climate change, and make "finance flows consistent with a pathway towards low greenhouse gas emissions and climate-resilient development."

As this was actioned in and signed 2016 and then again 2020 can you please inform me what documents you hold and supply links to all information relevant online?

Bearing in mind the BBC Series 'A Year to Change the World' featuring Greta Thunberg https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/56677471 stated that we have less than a year to start making changes and act on and listen to the science.

Can you please inform me what Planning Policy exists for Climate Control Policy in Planning Framework Documents as by this request 27-04-2021.
