Lack of 5 year housing supply in St Leonards

The extent of the housing shortfall within St Leonards and whether there is any particular evidence in that material of high housing demand in St Leonards-on-Sea.

In preparation for developing a new Local Plan, a joint study looking at future housing need has been developed with Rother District Council. For the Hastings area, this study looks at need across the town. Section 6 of the assessment, "Market Signals", provides some commentary on current demand in the St Leonards area.
