Could you please provide a list and relevant documentation for applications for the alteration or removal or listed structures not limited to buildings, structures, monuments, statues for the period from May 15 2020 up to date for which planning documentation giving the reasons for alteration or removal makes mention of the search terms:

"Decolonising", "Colonialism", "imperialism", "empire/British Empire", "institutional racism", "white supremacy", "far right", "Black Lives Matter", "slavery/slave trade"

Or if it is known that these applications were made in relation to addressing legacies of slavery and colonialism.
