Please will you provide me with details of any discussions with your planning department during 2019/2020/2021 relating to any consideration of proposals for a new prison or major redevelopment of an existing prison facility within your local authority area, including:

1. Any preplanning submissions that have been made in respect of such proposals.

2. Any Environmental Impact Assessment Report submitted to your Authority, including the Screening opinion in respect of such proposals.
