I am aware that all Billing Authorities hold records of businesses that have or have not applied for Retail Relief and Small Business Rates Relief.

Please provide us with most recent information about business premises on the territory of the local authority including:

1. Address of the premises,

2. Property description,

3. Rateable Value,

4. Property Reference,

5. Date Liable From,

6. Effective Date,

7. Name of the Company occupying the premises,

8. Date when business rates account has been incorporated,

9. If business received or didn't receive Reliefs,

10. Which reliefs,

11. If premises are occupied or not since when.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding. The department that held the information was heavily involved with COVID-19 grants which had to take priority.

The information is provided on three spreadsheets; all NDR accounts, all with Small Business Rate relief, and all with retail relief.
