I am looking to find out more about the impact of the pandemic on children in foster care, and general trends over the past few years.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please could you provide the following information.

For the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 I would like to know:

1. Number of new looked after children in the local authority per year.

2. Breakdown of ethnicity of new looked after children in the local authority per year.

3. Number of children adopted in the local authority per year.

4. Breakdown of ethnicity of children adopted in the local authority per year.
