Completion Notices served on commercial properties

In accordance with the provisions specified within the above Act I hereby request the following information or an update of the information since the last request. All information requested relates to Completion Notices served on commercial properties served under schedule 4A to the Local Government Finance Act 1988.
Copies of all Completion Notices served since 01/01/2017. If this is not possible due to time constraints, please can you provide us with a list in an electronic spreadsheet format with the following information:
a. The address of the property being deemed complete by the notice;
b. The date the Completion Notice was issued;
c. The date the property was entered into the Rating List;
d. The recipient company name; and
e. The address to which the notice was sent.
Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding. The department that held the information were heavily involved with COVID-19 grants which had to take priority.
