Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:

A list of all properties that have any credit balance on their business rates account, to include:

1. The account number;

2. The account holder;

3. The property address including postcode;

4. Billing authority reference number;

5. The current balance;

6. Account start date; and

7. Account end date
