Speed limits

Can I have a comprehensive list of all roads under your control in which the speed limit has been permanently raised that was not for the purpose of becoming a dual carriageway?

I would like the answers to come with an accurate description of when the changes occurred and where specifically the changes occurred. For example 'between Alnwick and Shilbottle A1 southbound 70 mph to a 50mph enacted on August 22nd 2003'. I would like answers given in a similar style to that.
