In Hastings and St Leonards you only need a licence from Hastings Borough Council if you are carrying out skin piercing activities. These can be, but are not limited to, body piercing, tattooing, electrolysis, semi-permanent make-up or acupuncture.

Chiropractors and Physiotherapists do not require a licence from us to practice therefore we do not hold this information.

Again, Drug Rehabilitation Centres do not require a licence from us to practice therefore we do not hold this information. They are usually funded by charities or possibly East Sussex County Council (www.eastsusex.gov.uk).

Cosmetic surgery would be dealt with by the General Medical Council or NHS, not Hastings Borough Council.
