I would like to submit a Freedom of Information request in relation to business support grants or discretionary loans handed out by the council during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Has the local authority handed out a support grant of any kind to a political party, a branch of a political party or a political organisation?

Information not held - Hastings Borough Council would not necessarily know if a business support grant application was from a political party as that information is not asked for and the applications are done from business premises account numbers.
