Q1 - Hastings Borough Council have both weekly and fortnightly collections

Q2 - We run this report in quarters - New contract started 1st July 2019

July - September 2019 = 0.15%

October - December 2019 = 0.18%

January - March 2020 = 0.14%

April - June 2020 = 0.05%

July - September 2020 = 0.04%
