1. How much has been allocated to the council from the Government in its Welfare Assistance Fund in this financial year.
2. How much of this money has been spent by the Council at the date of this request.
3. Please list the recipients of the fund, and the funding allocated to each, redacting personal names of private individuals where relevant to facilitate disclosure.
4. Please provide any Council committee, executive and full council papers (and minutes of such meetings, where relevant) relating to such funding or spending. If there is a valid exemption, please redact the necessary paragraphs, rather than refusing to provide the paper.
Disclosure will be in the public interest as it involves expenditure of taxpayer funding, and disclosure will enhance accountability and transparency.
