Response
A) Hastings Borough Council has no offence for begging, loitering or rough sleeping so the answer is zero to all years listed.
We do have an offence of aggressive begging the Police issued one FPN in 2018 through our FPN process so we administered it.
B) Again we only have an offence of aggressive begging, one person has been taken to court for breaching a community protection in regard to aggressive begging.
C) None
