2. What was their combined payroll cost?
3. How many parking tickets were issued in that time period?
4. How much was collected in fines in that time period?

The information you have requested in respect of a combined payroll cost is exempt information under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 'personal data'. Personal data includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, job titles and salary information. This is an absolute exemption and the requested information will not be provided.
