Response
Hastings Borough Council is a relatively small urban borough council providing services to residents and businesses within its boundary. With the exception of Parks and Gardens and for Minor Works, which are both outsourced to companies that provide their own tools, we seldomly have a need to purchase any tools or small plant.
1) Negligible. We don't have any need for professional power tools or small plant and purchase of hand tools is seldom.
2) Per our response to question 1 above, we do not hold this information.
