Conservation areas

Please inform me by using the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the exact dates when the 18 conservation areas across the Borough of Hastings were installed.

I believe there should be one more 'The Archery Grounds'. 'The Archery Grounds' was the site where Men and Women could compete on equal terms, I believe that there are some trophies in the Museum from that period and site. It was unique and should be considered a national treasure.

In any case, please do not say this information is not held as we both know that the Council 'will' have the information I have asked for.
