I am looking to find out if the following order that was advertised as a proposed order has been made/implemented.

Hastings Borough Council (Winding Street) Parking Places Order 20 was advertised as proposed in the Hastings and St Leonards Observer, Nov 22 2019.

This order has not been made. The Council has changed its plans in response to developments at the Isabel Blackman Centre.
