Emergency funding

Responded Fri 03 July 2020On 19th March and 18th April the government announced two tranches of emergency funding for local authorities to help them respond to coronavirus pressures.
Please can you tell me what area of council work that funding has been allocated to (both tranche one and two) and the amount of funding allocated to each piece of work.
The government has also given £1.3bn to support NHS and social care discharge and £600m for infection control in care homes.Please can you also tell me how this money has been allocated and list the care homes in the local authority area which are receiving a part of the fund and how much each will receive
Response
Of the £3.2m funding received from Central Government by Local Government, Hastings Borough Council received £666,400.
We have not allocated this out specifically across the two tranches but for the COVID-19 return (publicly available data) we have reported percentage allocation to the following areas:
32% - Homelessness
15% - Cultural & Related
16% - Environmental & Regulatory
4% - Revenues & Benefits
25% - Shielding
8% - Forgone Savings / Delayed project costs
