I would like an excel spreadsheet report showing details of every business ratepayer in your Council area and showing the following information. Please could you provide this information ONLY when you have completed the task of applying the new enhanced Retail Relief discounts of 100% to the current financial year’s rates bills:-

Please find attached our response to your Freedom of Information request, shown over two spreadsheets.
Please accept my apologies for the delay in the response due to the immense workload on the department due to the Covid-19 Business Support Grant work.The property reference is included on both sheets. It is not possible to include the monetary values because this requires manual checking of each account and would take exceed the time limit set by the Information Commissioner under Section 12 of the act.
For information, R100 is 100% expanded retail relief where the RV is £15,000 or less, and R200 is where the RV is £15,001 or higher. Code RD50 refers to retail relief that has been increased from one third in 2019/20 to 100% for 2020/21.
