FOI request (FOIR-196603749)

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with copies of the following: · 

A full list of businesses that have become newly liable for business rates between the 16th March to the 15th April 2020 (even if they are exempt due the COVID-19).  Please send the full business name and liable party, full address, property type and also the date the became liable.

I understand that under the Act I am entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request. 

I would prefer to receive the information electronically and on an excel spreadsheet. If you require any clarification, I expect you to contact me under your section 16 duty to provide advice and assistance if you find any aspect of this FOI request problematic.
