FOI request (FOIR-184107942)

A planning application for Shearbarn HS/FA/81/367 agreed a planting scheme for the lower slopes of the site. Please see  http://publicaccess.hastings.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=_HSTBC_DCAPR_71035

Condition 3 of the planning permission granted  specifies that "a detailed scheme for the landscaping and fencing of the perimeter of the site shall be submitted to and approved"

1. Please provide a copy of this detailed scheme for landscaping and fencing.

The planning application also included a section 106 agreement concerning tree  planting and maintenance on the lower slopes. The section 106 agreement stipulates that "within a period of time to be agreed with the Borough Planner plant with trees  and thereafter maintain an area of land 15 metres to the south of the red land and shown hatched black on the plan annexed hereto in accordance with a scheme to be agreed with the borough planner...."

2. Please provide a copy of the scheme referred to in the S106 agreement.
