Please find attached a number of questions to be considered under the Freedom of Information Act. The questions cover the topic of Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).

Where we refer to ‘disabled people’, we are referring to the definition included in the Equality Act 2010:

“You’re disabled under the Equality Act 2010 if you have a physical or mental impairment that has a ‘substantial’ and ‘long-term’ negative effect on your ability to do normal daily activities.”
