Cinque Ports Way - Height Barrier

Responded Thu 05 December 2019Under the FOI Act could I please request copies of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) in relation to the Height Barrier and the TRO in relation to the restriction on parking by certain classes of vehicles on Cinque Ports Way?
Response
The height barrier is on land owned by the Council and not a highway, therefore no TRO was required.
In respect of Cinque Ports Way TRO, this would be dealt with by East Sussex County Council as the Highway Authority, please visit their website for further information www.eastsussex.gov.uk
