As per the Freedom of Information Act in relation to the Public Spaces Protection Order that "All persons are prohibited from spending the night in their vehicles when parked at Cinque Ports Way" could you please inform me how many fixed penalty notices Hastings Borough Council issued for:

1. 2017

2. 2018

3. 2019

Response

The prohibition in Sleeping in Vehicles within he Restricted area (Cinque Ports Way) came in to affect on 12 June 2017.

1. 2017 - no FPNs were issued for this offence

2. 2018 - no FPNs were issued for this offence

3. 2019 - one FPN was issued for this offence however please note that under the review of the Public Spaces Protection Order (No 2) this element of the order was removed on the variation of 9 July 2019
