I write to request TPO on the land marked W1 and W2 respectively there is some fine examples off large oaks on these two sites without conservation Protection.  Can you please inform me of any cost of this applications?  I attach map showing existing TPO 148 marked with areas W1 and W2.

Response

As part of the planning process, the retention or loss of trees will be considered. If the trees are considered to be under threat, then the Council may protect the trees through the imposition of a Tree Preservation Order. There are no cost implications apart from the initial drawing up and the serving of a TPO.
