Freedom of Information Request in respect of Fly Tipping

The National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC) represents drainage contractors that provide a wide range of drainage services including vacuuming, tankering and decanting. NADC is in the process of setting a new industry standard and approved contractor scheme called DrainSafe.

I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for details of fly tipping of waste materials including septic tank and cesspool sludge as well as any liquid drainage waste within the boundaries of your local authority. This information may help in establishing the relevant provisions of the DrainSafe scheme.

We should be grateful for location details as well as the substance tipped if this information is available to you.
