An FOI request to ESCC answered on the 7th June 2019 stated that two documents had been submitted to ESCC by HBC concerning footpath closures. These documents were:

Could you please list any further documents that have been supplied to ESCC ROW by HBC concerning footpath closures from the 07/06/2019 to date.

Hastings Borough Council supplied East Sussex County Council Right of Way team with a Coffey Report named 'Hastings Borough Council Ecclesbourne Glen, Ecclesbourne Glen Inspection Report July 2019'.
