FOI request (FOIR-146959525)

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I respectfully request the following information.

I would like a list of all Non domestic properties within your authority. This needs to include all of the below (where Available).

For each of the following years:  2019, 2018, 2017, 2016. 2015, 2014, 2013

I would like to know the following:

Business Name (If not a Sole Trader)

Full Address of Property

All if any Business Rates Relief applied to the property

Status: either active, dissolved, in liquidation or in administration Opening balance at the start of the year Closing balance at the end of the year The Rateable Value of the Property at the start of the year The Rateable Value of the Property at the end of the year

I would request that the data is provided in excel format (xls)

Please find attached 3 spreadsheets.

One has a list of all NDR accounts including property address and RV. One has all current reliefs. It is not possible to provide information by year, we can only report current information not historical. We are not able to provide monetary information as this would require manual intervention and would exceed the time limit set out by the Information Commissioner therefore under S12 of the Freedom of information Act 2000 provides an exemption from the obligation to comply with a request for information if the estimated costs of complying with that request would exceed the prescribed appropriate limit.

We estimate that the costs of complying with your request would exceed the appropriate limit by a significant amount.

For this reason we feel unable to comply with this request.

Liquidation and administration is not a relief (it is an exemption) so is not included in the relief spreadsheet, this can be found on attachment No 2.
