Responded Wed 09 October 20191. Please can you tell me since 2010 how many possession orders the Local authority have applied for on an annual basis up-to 2019?
1a. Of those above how many resulted in a tenant eviction and/or bailiff action?
2. For the last 12 months, can you confirm on a monthly basis the number of possession orders the LA has applied for?
2.a Of those how many resulted in a tenant eviction and/or bailiff action?
2b. Finally can you confirm how many of these were because of arrears?

1a - All of the above
2 - 0
2a - 6
2b - All 6 were for rent arrears
