FOI request (FOIR-140263577)

The Planning Committee discharged condition 4 of HS/CD/16/00655 on the 20^th July 2017.  It is unclear what version of the Planting scheme was used for the discharge.

In the minutes for the Planning Committee meeting of the 20th July 2017 ( https://hastings.moderngov.co.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=129&MId=2576&Ver=4) it is stated that a revised planting scheme has been received on the 20th July 2017.

This version of the planting scheme received on the 20^th July has not posted on the application web site.

The minutes go on to state that "The discharge of conditions 4, 6 and 7 are based on the following information: Planting Schedule & Planting Maintenance and Establishment Specification (The Mayhew Consultancy  Ltd, July 2017. Remainder of recommendation as set out in report"

The latest version of the planting scheme posted on the application web site was posted on the 17^th July 2017 and has a version number of AR/29614/R7.

The planning decision notice does not refer to a version of the planting scheme but merely refers to a July 2017 version.

It is unclear what version of the planting scheme the decision notice refers to. Is it the one posted on the application web site on the 17^th July or the one received on the 20^th July?

I request the following information:

·       The Version number of the planting scheme that was approved by the discharge of  the condition concerning planting.

·       A  copy of the planting scheme that was approved by the discharge of  the condition concerning planting.
