1. I need a copy of the HBC 'Code of Conduct'
2. where can I find HBC's Transparency Code?

Our Code of Conduct policy and procedures is currently under review.
There is a separate Code of Conduct for Elected Members in the Council's Constitution. https://www.hastings.gov.uk/my_council/decision_making/constitution/
