A copy of the handwritten poster (or of a photograph or reproduction etc. of the same) that the Council order someone to take down using a Community Protection Notice.

Following a request for further information the requester provided:

The Council must know and have records of the CPNs it has issued.  (They are still a fairly recent thing, having started under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.)  The information can be found through the CPN records held by the Council, information already in the Council's knowledge.  My request is clear and therefore the Council has no right to ask for a clarification of it.  I do not know why the Council cannot answer it.

I think the CPN was in 2017 or 2018, although I could be wrong about this and it could have been in the last four years (it seems to have been in 2017 or 2018).  I understand the notice contained the requirement: "Stop displaying the hand written poster detailed above. Remove the poster detailed above from view. Desist from making, creating, producing and / or publishing any defamatory written statement relating / referring to any employee of Hastings Borough Council."  This extra information voluntarily provided may provide help as to a pointer as to where the information I have requested might be located in the Council.  I have not seen the "hand written poster detailed above" and I am unaware of any other part of the CPN.
